Our History

Providing a partnership approach to all relationships

PMJ Capital is a joint venture business between leading accountancy practice Cowgills and P&MJ Wright Holdings Ltd, originally a textiles supplier with roots tracing back to 1798.

Established in 2014, the two companies  bring together a diverse management team with skills across business, property investment, accountancy, legal and specialist property finance.

PMJ Capital was established to provide a ‘hands-on’ approach, we felt that there was a gap in the market for a short-term lender who could add real value and support the regions’ SME developers and entrepreneurs.

In the last six years, we have supported over 200 developers and investors and have watched them grow and flourish.

We pride ourselves on our creative approach to property finance, providing a trusted, honest and pragmatic approach.  We see the success of PMJ and our clients’ projects to be naturally aligned.

Supporting SME developers and housebuilders from ground-up schemes to conversions and part-built projects.

  • LTV up to 65% LTV
  • Terms up to 12 months (longer by negotiation)

Refurbishment Loans

We offer a variety of refurbishment solutions from light renovations to a complete heavy refurbishment or an extension to a property.

  • LTV up to 70% LTV, day 1 Value/65% GDV
